Retrieves a paginated list of the custom shape libraries available to the authenticated user. Each entry
contains only the library's ID.

This endpoint is paginated. For more information, see Pagination.
Bad Request. Occurs when the pageToken is invalid or malformed.
Missing or invalid authentication credentials.
Forbidden. Occurs when the authorized token does not have permission to access shape libraries.
