Retrieves a paginated list of the shapes available within a specific installed shape library. The libraryId
and shapeId values together uniquely identify a shape.
Valid Authentication Methods
OAuth 2.0 User Token Scopes:

This endpoint is paginated. For more information, see Pagination.
Bad Request. Occurs when the pageToken or libraryId is invalid or malformed.
Missing or invalid authentication credentials.
Forbidden. Occurs when the authorized token does not have permission to access shape libraries.
Not Found. No installed shape library with the given libraryId exists.
